As the highest honour of China business management, the 2021 Ram Charan Management Practice Awards were revealed in Beijing on 3rd November. The grand prize has been bestowed upon the case of XAG - "Change Agriculture, Change the World: Building a Smart Agriculture Ecosystem" that stands out from nearly 300 participating cases.

Launched in 2017, Ram Charan Management Practice Award was established by the world-renowned management consultant Ram Charan and hosted by the Harvard Business Review China (HBR China). The jury was constituted by top business school scholars from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, etc., evaluating from the five dimensions of leadership, effectiveness, sustainability, reference, and leadership.

The award has witnessed companies continue to break through and create values with new business models and ecosystems. Baidu, Tencent, Alipay, ZTE, Lenovo and other well-known companies had received recognition for their industry-leading management practices.
